5 Important Elements When It Comes To Branded Events
Many factors come into play when planning a branded event. Whether you’re launching a product line or a brand, paying attention to every detail is crucial. The main focus of branded events is to celebrate a specific product, product line, or brand, hoping it’ll leave a lasting impression on your guests. From theme to photo moments to logos, we are here to give you tips on important elements of branded events!
Theme
Make sure to be thoughtful when solidifying a theme. If you’re launching a specific product or product line, maybe choose elements of this line or product as the theme. Lots of different elements can be incorporated into an event with a specific theme like using fragrance, adding specific floral or greenery elements throughout the space, serve ware, place settings, and the food and drink menus!
For example, when we decorated for the launch of Pillsbury’s Hawaiian Crescent Roll, we took the Hawaiian element of the product and ran with a tropical theme.
2. Venue/Location
Choosing a venue and location is one of the most important factors when planning any event. You have to think about how convenient, or inconvenient, a venue is to get to for your guests. Keeping your theme in mind when choosing a venue is key. Some venues have a distinct modern aesthetic while others may give off an industrial vibe.
3. Photo Moment(s)
Having an “Instagram Worthy” event is important in the digital age we live in today. Think of the purpose of the event, to celebrate and get your new product or brand recognized. What better way to do so than through social media posts?
Adding a “photo moment” to your party will not only catch your guests attention and act as decor, but it will keep the event alive beyond the time it is over. Through photo moments you can increase awareness, display a specific product, or put a spotlight on a brand’s message.
4. Branded Red Carpet
Trying to think of the perfect entryway into your event? A branded red carpet is always a great element to add to any event. What better way to welcome your guests than with a tastefully branded red carpet that your guests are bound to take a photo in front of!
For the launch of Victoria Secret’s Bombshell Intense fragrance, we decked out the red carpet area with an all rose branded flower wall. Photographers lined up along the carpet to capture all of the guests heading into this star studded event!
5. Displaying the Product or Brand Logo Throughout The Space
There are many creative ways to showcase your product or logo at branded events. At B Floral, we specialize in curating unique product displays, and even flower walls/photo moments that also act as product displays.
In a digital world, sharing your brand’s social media handles and hashtags out at events is something to always keep top of mind for brand awareness. The main purpose of brand/product launches is to bring as much attention to your brand or product. You always want to keep your guests connected beyond the day of the event by engaging with them on social media channels; keeping them up to date on all of the new product launches, product lines, collaborations, etc.
