Whether you require a quick turnaround or you’re planning far in advance, we stick to this process to ensure your event is a success. Here are the stages of the event planning process:

MEET, GREET, & GATHER  

On a phone call or over email (depending on your preference!), we’ll learn more about your vision and parameters for the event. No detail is too small and feel free to bring inspo. 

ORGANIZE, PROPOSE & FINE-TUNE

We’ll send through a custom visual proposal and estimate and request your feedback and thoughts. Based on your notes, your dedicated design lead at B Floral will make as many adjustments as it takes to ensure we’re getting it right. 

PRODUCE 

After we make it official with a digital event agreement and payment, we’ll get down to business. We’ll source top-quality materials, strategically chose your onsite designers, and refine our designs to perfection. 

DETAIL DEEP DIVE 

 Throughout the lead-up to your event, we'll keep you in the loop without bogging you down with decisions. Our logistics team will handle all the details so you can focus on enjoying the event without any stress. 

THE FINAL COUNTDOWN 

One week before your event, we will address any remaining questions you may have. We will also assign a contact person to oversee the setup. 

DAY-OF 

The event is here! We’ll arrive on-site on time and ready to rock. Once we’re finished, we make sure we are 100% set and approved by your team before cleaning up and departing the venue. 

ENJOY & RELAX

Celebration ensues and your event is perfect. After the event wraps, our crew will return to remove the installation and leave the venue exactly how it was before we arrived.
