Holiday Must-Sees in NYC
It's the most wonderful time of the year (cue jingles) and we took it upon ourselves to go out and explore the lit up city to round up our favorite holiday spots. Playing tourist was a bit chaotic, but there is no better energy than being in New York City around the holidays. The best shopping, holiday window displays, and restaurants are buzzing this time of year - especially on Fifth Avenue!
Rockefeller Center
Grab a hot chocolate and ice skate a little, but most importantly - be sure to take in the immensity of the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree, located in Midtown Manhattan off of Fifth Avenue (for you out-of-town folk):
Saks Fifth Avenue Holiday Windows
With the same respect, pop across the street once you've had your Christmas Tree fill and check out the amazinggg holiday windows at Saks. If you're lucky enough, their annual light show may be going on that's projected on the building.
Radio City Music Hall
We weren't able to catch a show - but we recommend that you do. Radio City Music Hall houses some of THE best talent in the world, featuring the lovely Rockettes! The precision of the performances will leave you absolutely speechless.
Fifth Avenue during the Holidays
From Bergdorf Goodman and Tiffany & Co, to Harry Winston and Henri Bendel - this is where you need to be. Fashion powerhouses of the best shopping (like ever) is on this strip and will put a serious - but well worth it - dent in your bank account. The sky's the limit here, and their holiday displays are as extravagant as the merchandise.
